Jerri Thaman

Jerri Thaman joined Frontenac Builders in 2003, bringing more than 15 years of experience in residential real estate development and custom home construction to the Company. Jerri participates in project design and specification, and is responsible for project development and construction management, including negotiating subcontractor bids, establishing project budgets, scheduling construction activities, and supervising projects through completion. Jerri served as President of The Edwards Group, Inc., a residential real estate and construction company, from 1985 through 1999. The Edwards Group specialized in development of residential building sites, construction of new, high-quality custom homes, and high-quality remodeling and addition construction for clients in existing homes. Under Jerri’s direction, The Edwards Group was awarded two HOMER AWARDS for 1995 custom homes by the St. Louis Home Builders Association. The majority of The Edwards Group’s projects were in Ladue and Frontenac. Jerri is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Missouri, and is a member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors. She earned an Associates Degree in Construction Technology from St. Louis Community College.

Prior to joining Frontenac Builders, Jerri was in practice as a certified public accountant and a certified valuation analyst with Plaza Financial Advisors, Inc. of St. Louis from 2000 through 2003, providing accounting, tax, and valuation services to small and mid-sized companies. Having served for five years in practice with Deloitte & Touche, an international accounting firm, and BSK, a local St. Louis accounting firm, Jerri is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Missouri and a member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is a Certified Valuation Analyst and a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Having passed the National Association of Securities Dealers Series 7 and 63 exams, Jerri is a Licensed Securities Representative and a member of the St. Louis Estate Planning Council. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
